Sam Librizzi has been involved in commercial real estate for more than 12 years. He formed Western Real Estate Investments with the intent to purchase stabilized and distressed retail commercial real estate properties. Over the last 12 years Western Real Estate Investments has purchased over $150,000,000 of commercial property throughout the entire country. 

Western Real Estate Investments offers its investors current income and absolute return strategies through its commercial net lease investment vehicles.

Our dedicated team of real estate professionals and disciplined underwriting has enabled us to achieve consistent returns for our capital partners through a variety of market conditions. We distinguish ourself through our access to deals, focused investment strategy and proven expertise to deliver solid results. We seek investments that earn superior risk adjusted returns by identifying unique opportunities in select markets and capitalizing on highly structured transactions with attractive relative values to mitigate downside risk. 

We offer our investors current income and absolute return strategies through its respective commercial net lease investment vehicles. The main focus is the acquisition of vacant fast food and sit down restaurant buildings, vacant gas stations, distressed shopping centers, and single tenant triple net investments. The company also specializes in the purchase of excess real estate from retailers such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Albertsons, CVS, Yum Brands, Kroger and Safeway.
