I'm WREI is a privately-held commercial real estate investment company in business for over 50 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership and operation of free-standing, net leased, single tenant retail properties, and vacant retail buildings.

 

What We Own:

 

We currently own approximately 150+ separate properties. Individual properties range in size from as small as 2,000 square feet, to as large as 2,000,000 square feet. In the aggregate, our properties contain 30,000,000 of rentable square footage. Our properties are located in towns and cities throughout the United States. The vast majority of our properties are single tenant retail properties. We also own land, subject to a ground lease, underlying both single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties and office buildings. Our properties are located in primary and secondary markets throughout the country. When we buy properties, we do so intending to hold for the long term.
